Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class, the original hot yoga, is a challenging, fun and unique series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages, levels of ability and body types, practised in a room heated to around 105F (40C) for 90 minutes.

Each posture, performed in the given order, stretches and strengthens the specific muscles, ligaments and joints that are needed for the next posture.
