Jackson Hole Restaurants and Catering Services, New York City was established in 1972 as an answer to the frozen hamburger patty. We wanted to create a unique concept which included the then unheard of open kitchen so the customer could see their food being prepared. Our goal was to use the freshest ingredients and still offer quality, quantity and affordability. It took a bit of time to get our custom ground pure beef formula perfect and we've been using the same mouthwatering blend ever since.
