A modern fusion of yoga and aerial arts, Aerial Yoga employs the support of a soft suspended fabric to explore classical yoga poses and elements of aerial arts. You do not need to be a circus star, lifelong yogi or natural-born acrobat to come play!
AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of acrobatics. These three lineages form the foundation of a unique practice that cultivates trust, connection, and playfulness. Built upon the framework of cultivating skillful partnership, AcroYoga provides a vehicle to explore positive and supportive relationships with an emphasis on honest, clear and compassionate communication. The practice inherently creates a strong bond and fosters a sense of community amongst participants. AcroYoga class styles include Acrobatifc Flying, Thai & Fly, and AcroYoga Flow and class levels range from Basics to Open level to Intermediate Jedi level so all flyers are welcome. And dont worry, you do not need to bring a partner to take class.
$18Move Strong Yoga Class
Move Strong is a personalized movement program designed to develop the bodys cardiovascular health, strength, and range of motion in an intelligent fashion. Intended to be more than just a full body workout, Move Strong strives to identify an individuals muscular strengths and weaknesses through the creation of an individualized program for each student within a group setting. Utilizing props such as light weights, resistance bands, and dowels along with ones own body weight students will be taught to deepen their awareness of the body and its needs. Working in this fashion will provide Move Strong students with the opportunity to specifically address and heal any injuries, become more limber, strengthen, tone, and improve posture. All levels are welcome.

A blend of martial arts and yoga, the Budokon style is best described as a hatha style with continuous circular rotation that focuses on transitional movement. It is an athletic flow of constant and mindful movement, incorporating elements of strength and agility that are often left out by traditional yogic practices. Budokon Yoga unites the distinctive elements of two worlds, martial arts and yoga, to offer the benefits of both disciplines: self-awareness, concentration, courage, emotional and physical healing, and freedom from fear. Why should adults be the only ones having fun flying around in the Om Factory studio? Bring along your little ones to join us for KIDS Aerial Yoga, where they can swing in the air like a monkey to play and expend all that pent-up energy while they learn. Children can gain enhanced concentration, flexibility, body awareness, and overall well-being from any yoga practice. But an aerial yoga classes has even more to offer! This super-fun style of kids yoga also promotes better balance, boosts confidence, and offers tykes a sense of courage and strength. KIDS Aerial Silks is designed to introduce kids and pre-teens to aerial circus arts. Children will get stronger and more flexible while building self-confidence by doing things they never thought possible.

Have you ever wanted to stay longer in savasana? This class journeys deep into supported postures with pranayama techniques and meditation. Restorative yoga is a delicious surrender into quiet, soothing postures that incorporate bolsters and blankets. With the support of props, students can achieve poses without muscular strength, facilitating release and relaxation that will calm the nervous system and coax away built-up tension. Yin yoga is a deep practice that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, which are not exercised in the more active flow of asana. Long-held postures can even target bones and joints, strengthening the bodys foundation.
