Private sessions for kids of all ages _and abilities. Activities include yoga, breath work, relaxation techniques, music, creative movement and sharing time to promote well-being and balance. Seniors Yoga isnt just for the young and limber. Many people think they will not be able to do many of the poses fully. But poses can be modified to meet each persons individual needs. Increase Flexibility and Stability A major concern is the risk of falling. While there is no fool-proof way to completely prevent accidental slips, yoga can help work toward avoiding them, gently increasing your flexibility while improving stability. The more flexible and stable you are, the less likely you are to fall. Beginners If you're in the beginning stages of a yoga practice, private instruction can enhance and solidify the poses and techniques in a safe, personalized environment that will help you get the most out of group classes, enhance your current yoga practice or be your entire practice. Too busy to bend For those of us who can't seem to find a class time that works with our hectic schedules, private instruction is a welcome change! Choosing a time that works for you and having a private class in your home will allow you to relax and get the most out of your practice. Intermediate/Advanced Students There comes a time when you want to go deeper into your practice and work on challenging sequences and poses. One-on-One private instruction can help you develop the next level of your practice that can be difficult to work on in a group class. Maybe you want to work on Handstand, arm balances or going deeper with the Bandhas or moving meditation.

The group yoga classes range from age, levels of ability, physical limitations, skill and can be gentle, therapeutic, restorative, vinyasa and hatha classes. I mix all my studies of anatomy, therapeutics and yoga to make the class a blend of stretching, relaxing, restoring and injury prevention and fun! Group Yoga Classes can be customized and built around each groups needs.
