Our story

Our company was formed in 2023 by the merger of Gamut, a leader in streaming advertising, with CoxReps, a leader in broadcast.

Combining decades of experience into one new company, Locality is a specialty provider of local ad services that offers the reach and capabilities of both streaming digital video and broadcast TV under one roof. We service large and small ad agencies, national brands, regional chains, and local small businesses.

Additionally, Locality has a team of 50 political advertising experts to support election campaigns. With financial backing from our owners, One Equity Partners, our new company thinks like a startup, with a mission to invest in innovation and take the leadership position in our constantly changing industry.

Our leadership

Our executives are experts in this business. The leadership team unites a group of recent hires with our seasoned veterans who, together, bring the key relationships and innovative thinking necessary in this rapidly evolving industry. Our leaders bring experience from the likes of, Paramount Global, AMC Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery, Hulu, The Walt Disney Company, Peacock, NBCU, Turner, ESPN, New York Mets, TripleLift, IPG, DIRECTV, DISH, and VIZIO, as well as an array of startups and consultancies.
