THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Anonymous User Data: Locality’s web servers automatically collect and store certain limited information about a visitor’s connection to the Internet, including the visitor’s IP address, whenever the visitor browses the Locality website. Visitors’ IP addresses are aggregated and do not identify individuals. The only personally identifiable information that Locality gathers through our website is information that a visitor voluntarily provides to Locality, directly or indirectly.

If a visitor provides Locality with his or her name, email address, phone number, business address and/or other personally identifying information when the visitor uses the website to submit an inquiry or request, Locality may use the visitor’s personally identifying information to send him or her a response and Locality may, but is not obligated to, keep a record of visitors’ personally identifying information.

If a visitor uses the Locality website to direct an inquiry or request to one of Locality’s affiliates, Locality will forward the visitor’s request and related personally identifying information to the appropriate affiliate so that the affiliate can respond to the visitor’s inquiry. Locality’s affiliates’ use of personally identifying information collected through the Locality website will be governed by this Privacy Statement. If a visitor inadvertently submits personally identifying information to the Locality website, Locality is not responsible for deleting or refusing to accept any such personally identifying information, however, such inadvertent submissions shall receive all the privacy protections contained herein.

Locality reserves the right to disclose to third parties collected information when Locality believes that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with law or to protect the safety or property of Locality, visitors to our website, the public or Locality’s affiliates, agents, employees and other related parties. Locality may also use a visitor’s information as necessary to comply with Locality’s legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce Locality’s agreements.

Locality also reserves the right to disclose personally identifying information about a visitor to the third-party contractors/vendors that Locality engages to assist Locality with the operation of the Locality website or other aspects of Locality’s business when the contractor/vendor needs access to such information for the sole purpose of performing the services that Locality has requested. In the event that Locality merges with another entity or otherwise transfers all or substantially all of its assets or the equity of Locality to another entity, personally identifiable information collected about visitors to the Locality website would be among the transferred assets.
